App and publisher identification

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app listed on Google Play as Gene Setu: Your AI Health & Fitness Digital Twin. The Google Play developer name is Gene Setu, and the Android package ID is com.evionex.genesetu. The app is now named Evio Life; Gene Setu and Evio Life are names for the same app and account.

The app is published and operated by Evionex Private Limited (CIN: U62011PN2025PTC246808), DP Road, Aundh, Haveli, Pune – 411007, Maharashtra, India. Evionex Private Limited is referred to as “Evionex,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy.

This policy describes information handled when you create an account, use Gene Setu (now Evio Life), connect health or wearable services, or contact us.

Information we collect

We handle information you provide when creating or managing your account, using app features, or contacting support. Depending on the features you choose, this may include profile and account details, health and fitness information, medical reports you upload, nutrition and medication records, and wearable connection information.

Health Connect and health information

With your permission, the app reads selected Health Connect records to provide personal health, activity, and recovery insights. These may include heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, steps, distance, sleep, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, weight, and exercise sessions. Access is limited to the permissions you grant and the features you use. We do not sell health data or use it for credit decisions or insurance underwriting.

Wearable connections

If you connect a wearable service, the app uses the biometric information you choose to share. Depending on the provider, synchronization may take place on your device through Health Connect or through a provider cloud connection. You can disconnect a provider from the app; stored connection tokens are removed.

How we use information

To create and maintain your account and provide app features.
To generate personal health summaries, Bio-Reports, and recovery insights.
To help you review health, activity, nutrition, and medication trends.
To respond to support requests and protect the security of the service.

Health information is used to provide the health and fitness features you request. Where possible, analysis is performed locally on your device.

We do not sell your personal health information. We may disclose information with your direction or consent, when needed to provide a service you request, to comply with law, or to protect users and our rights. The free tier may display ads served by Google AdMob. Health information is not shared with advertisers.

Security and retention

We use safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We retain account information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate legal or operational requirements. Limited records, such as transaction records, may be retained for the period required by law.

Your choices and account deletion

You can manage Health Connect permissions through Android, disconnect wearable services in the app, and request account deletion in Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion removes your account and associated data, subject to records we are legally required to retain. Children’s privacy

Gene Setu (now Evio Life) is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
