Delete your Gene Setu (now Evio Life) account

This is the account deletion page for Gene Setu: Your AI Health & Fitness Digital Twin, the app now named Evio Life, provided by Evionex Private Limited. If you installed Gene Setu from Google Play or see Evio Life on your device, these instructions apply to the same app and account.

Delete from the app

Open Gene Setu (now named Evio Life) and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings and scroll to Danger Zone.
Select Delete Account and confirm.

In-app account deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Request deletion if you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Gene Setu / Evio Life Account Deletion Request” and state that you want your Gene Setu (now Evio Life) account deleted. Evionex Private Limited will process the request within 30 days.

Data deleted

Account deletion removes your account and associated data, including:

Your profile and account credentials.
Health data, Bio-Reports, history, and uploaded medical documents.
Wearable connection tokens.
Nutrition logs, medication records, and streak history.

Data that may be retained

Evionex Private Limited may retain limited records when required by law, such as transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. Those records are kept only for the legally required period and are not used for other purposes.

Health data on your device

Android Health Connect permissions are managed by Android and are not removed by deleting your account. Revoke them in Android Settings under Apps → Evio Life → Permissions, or remove Evio Life’s access in the Health Connect app.
